Course Overview

During this course participants will be introduced to techniques and tools designed to capture and measure customer requirements. The group will learn how to translate the voice of the customer (VOC) to a measurable Critical to Quality (CTQ). Focus will be on the define phase, to ensure that the focus is on the appropriate customer CTQ. The course will continue on into the measure phase, with students building a foundation of current state though process mapping and various cause and effects tools.
