Course Overview

Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management are essential for the successful operation of most organizations. All functions of the organization have a strong interest in reliable forecasting and good inventory management. Perform trend forecasting and trend adjustment calculations as well as inventory calculations. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to perform demand forecasting as well as manage the inventory to meet the demand. Online delivery of this course includes scheduled meeting times online using MS Teams. An intermediate level of Excel skills will be required for this program.

  • Remote On-Demand Delivery: Where: Online anytime. When: No set class meetings. Coursework is accessed on-demand and online. While there are no set class meetings, there may be set due dates and deadlines for some activities. Students may interact with peers through virtual tools.
