Course Overview

Every organization is part of at least one supply chain or part of multiple supply chains. Supply Chain Management is an important part of most businesses and is critical to a company’s success and customer satisfaction. How jobs and staff are scheduled is important to maximize efficiency, meet the demands, and minimize time and costs. Customers tend to relate waiting in line with poor customer service. With the skills gained in this course you will be able to select economical delivery options; to determine the most effective job sequence; to determine the most effective schedule for full time staff and part-time staff; and to determine the probability and duration for customers waiting in line. Online delivery of this course includes scheduled meeting times online using MS Teams. An intermediate level of Excel skills will be required for this program.
