Course Overview
The Practice of Residential Real Estate is the second course required to become a licensee in Alberta’s real estate sector. Following the pre-requisite course, RELA100: Fundamentals of Real Estate, this course will focus on key areas of residential real estate, through the following 9 modules: Residential Real Estate Clients, Residential Property Basics, Property Measurement & the RMS, Legal Matters & Concerns, Residential Property Valuation, Mortgage Financing, Rural Residential Real Estate, Representing the Seller, and Representing the Buyer. Module quizzes and a practice exam are also available as part of this course. This online, self-paced course includes the opportunity to interact with practising, licensed real estate professionals and to network with peers.
