Your introduction will also include a first look at a systematic method for resolution that works through:
- determining the source and assessing conflict
- breaking down the conflict into issues and interests
- approaching resolution in a balanced manner
You'll also engage in the study and discussion of topics such as power imbalance, alliances, loyalties, interests and other influences that complicate conflict resolution and lead to unfair play.
