Course Overview
Do you think you can actively listen, interest probe, prompt, paraphrase, check and confirm, validate, acknowledge others and summarize all within the same conversation? Learn how it can be done through the use of critical communication skills. The skills you learn here will play an important role in your ability to negotiate, mediate or resolve conflict. You will also examine the impact of assertiveness and when it is a positive action or a negative exchange. Discover and define how you can facilitate and manage the communication process for the benefit of your workplace, team and personal life.
