This course examines foundational leadership theories and practical strategies for developing professional competencies essential in modern organizations. Leadership relevance spans all sectors, where adaptability, ethical decision-making, and cultural awareness are critical to success. Learners will analyze how culture, communication, planning, teamwork, and followership influence leadership effectiveness. They will also assess workplace environments, apply APA formatting in professional writing, and engage in self-reflection to identify personal leadership strengths and areas for growth.

With the knowledge gained in this course, you will be able to apply leadership theories and professional practices to enhance leadership effectiveness in diverse organizational contexts.
