Purpose

Set in the stunning mountain landscape of Banff, this retreat offers a powerful opportunity for leaders to build agility, curiosity, and innovation. Through hands-on activities, outdoor experiences, and immersive learning, participants will explore adaptive leadership, engage in innovation sprints, and apply new skills in real-world, nature-based settings. This training is designed to inspire fresh thinking, foster inclusive leadership, and equip teams to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments.
