As of 28 Nov 2022, we are pleased to restore weekday in-person service. Choose from in-person, phone, or video on the webform - see the blue or green "book an appointment" button below.
If you have cold or flu symptoms, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to convert your in-person appointment to virtual. We are screening for symptoms and requesting that all sanitize their hands upon entry. You are welcome to wear a mask and ask that your clinician wear one if you prefer. Clinicians with cold-like symptoms will convert their in-person appointments to virtual to continue to deliver service safely.
Same or next-day urgent appointments remain available. See the “book an appointment” button below and select “urgent.”
Limited early morning and evening appointments also continue.
Request an appointment below on the webform or at email@example.com. We aim to respond within two business days.
For urgent after-hours support, see the list below left.
