Fall 2026 Hiring Fair 

This event offers employers a valuable opportunity to connect with highly motivated students and recent graduates who bring fresh ideas, in-demand skills, and a strong passion for growth. By participating, you will engage with qualified candidates while enhancing your brand among the next generation of professionals. This is your chance to recruit exceptional talent and strengthen your workforce for the future.

Application Details

• This is a hiring-focused event. Participating employers must be actively recruiting and have at least one current job posting relevant to NAIT programs, ideally requiring less than two years of experience.

• The registration fee is $500 + GST, which includes parking and lunch for two representatives. Additional representatives may attend for an extra fee (maximum of four total). We are committed to equitable access for our employer partners; therefore, if financial barriers prevent you from attending, we will work collaboratively to find a solution.

• You need a Career Connect account to apply. Please note, once you create your account, our team needs to manually review and approve it before you are able to access the full site and apply. This can take a few business days. You will be notified via email when your account is approved. 

• Submitting an application does not guarantee participation, as all applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with event criteria.

Fall Hiring Fair coming October 14 & 15, 2026!

Join us for the Fall Hiring Fair on October 14 and 15, 2026, in the CAT building (Feltham Centre)! This event provides students and recent alumni from all programs with the opportunity to meet prospective employers, learn about jobs they are recruiting for, network, and more!  Be sure to attend both days as new employers will be in attendance at each event.

Set yourself up for success at the Hiring Fair by participating in Career Services' preparation workshops and events. Full details will be available on Ooks Life at the start of the academic year.

What to Expect at the Hiring Fair 

During the Hiring Fair, students and alumni from all programs will have the opportunity to: 

• Discover job opportunities across a wide range of industries and organizations. 

• Connect directly with employers to learn about current openings and hiring needs. 

• Strengthen job search skills by engaging in real-time conversations with recruiters. 

• Build meaningful professional relationships through networking with industry experts. 

• Explore diverse career paths and gain insights into potential future roles.
