NAIT United Way Campaign

NAIT’s United Way Campaign runs from November 20 to December 1, 2023. All proceeds and donations raised will help us do local good and strengthen our community by supporting United Way.

Many local low-income individuals and families have limited resources and opportunities to change their situation without supports for basic needs, coaching, training, mental health challenges, and other empowerment programming. United Way of the Alberta Capital Region takes a systems-wide approach to collaborate and deliver local programs and services that address the root causes of poverty and helps people overcome barriers to their success.

How to get involved

Here are a few ways for you to get involved in this year’s campaign, so we can ensure people access the support they need.
 

Oilers Prize Pack Raffle

Don't miss out on an amazing Oilers-themed prize pack! Raffle tickets are on sale from November 20 to December 1. Purchase your tickets for a chance to take home a prize package that includes:

  • One pair of tickets to the Oilers vs. Nashville Predators home game at Rogers Place courtesy of TD Insurance Meloche Monnex on Saturday, January 27, 2023, 2:00 p.m. (Section 120)
  • A $100 Gift Card to Ernest's Restaurant

Taco in a Bag

Eat AT NAIT powered by Chartwells will be featuring a taco-in-a-bag lunch with a portion of the proceeds supporting United Way. Tacos are $9 per person with $2 per purchase going to the United Way

50/50 Draw

NAIT is excited to announce our 50/50 Draw for the United Way!

Tickets are on sale from November 20 to December 1. Purchase your tickets for a chance to win half of all ticket sales.

Sourdough Bread Sale

Students of the NAITSA Bake It Big Club will be baking up some rustic sourdough and Pain de Lodeve for purchase. Each loaf is $5 (cash only) with a portion of the proceeds donated to United Way.
