What you should do next

Prepare for the upcoming fall term with these important next steps.

Enrol in classes

Course enrolment is scheduled to start in early July. Before then, you will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar and your program regarding class enrolment, including who is responsible for enrolment.

Pay your tuition

Once class enrolment is complete, pay your tuition before the tuition payment deadline of Wednesday, Aug. 11. There are several convenient ways to pay

To pay online, login to your MyNAIT portal. Select Open Self Service, choose Financial Account and select Make a Payment.

Get your Confirmation of Enrolment letter

There may be times when you need proof that you are enrolled in a program at NAIT, such as for some financial aid and funding options. In your MyNAIT portal, you can find your Confirmation of Enrolment letter in the Manage Classes section of Self Service. This letter has been improved so it is easier to navigate and more useful to you!

If you require additional information on your Confirmation of Enrolment letter, please submit an online Contact Form request, selecting enrolment/education verification as your topic.

Order your books and supplies

Once you’re enrolled in courses, select the Buy Books & Supplies button at the top of the MyNAIT portal homepage to access your personalized learning materials and supplies list.  These program-driven lists take the guesswork out of what you need to be ready for the first day of classes. Check out shop.nait.ca for more information.

Get support with your study permit extension

If you are an international student requiring a Study Permit Extension letter to extend your study permit, please email your request. You will also require a Confirmation of Enrolment which you can find on your MyNAIT portal.
