Innovation Think Tank

Capacity Building Program: Call for Participation

We are proud to partner with Siemens Healthineers, Canada to launch Innovation Think Tank Capacity Building Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative focusing on innovation in healthcare education and accessibility through simulation.

Led by Prof. Sultan Haider, founder of Innovation Think Tank Siemens Healthineers, the program trains participants in innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialization through experiential learning. With Prof. Sultan Haider's extensive global experience in interdisciplinary innovation, the program features expert speaker sessions and a visit to CAMS, exposing participants to simulated use case scenarios in clinical, community care and home care settings.

Program Agenda

The hybrid certification program covers innovation management theory, experiential learning and team building. Activities include expert speeches, stakeholder pain point analysis and a visit to CAMS for hands-on learning. Participants progress through entrepreneurship stages, including conception, prototyping and business case development, analyzing practical use cases. Ultimately, participants undertake a team task to develop out-of-the-box solutions for pressing global healthcare challenges.

Mode of Participation

Hybrid: Particpants can join in person at CAMS or virtually via MS Teams.
Deadline Extended: We are now accepting applications until June 30! Participants will be shortlisted for selection on July 5.
