NAIT Hiring Fair

March 2026 Hiring Fair applications are now open. 

On March 18 & 19, 2026, join our on-campus hiring fair and connect directly with top-tier talent eager to launch their careers.

This event gives employers a unique opportunity to meet highly motivated students and recent graduates who bring fresh ideas, cutting-edge skills, and a passion for growth. By participating, you’ll not only fill your vacant positions with qualified candidates but also build your brand among the next generation of professionals. Don’t miss the chance to recruit exceptional talent and strengthen your workforce for the future.

Application Details

• Participating employers must have job postings relevant to NAIT programs, ideally requiring less than three years of experience.
• This event is tailored to students graduating in April and recent alumni.
• Employers can also recruit for future co-op/WIL positions or apprenticeships/trades positions.
• The cost* to participate is $375 per booth, plus $18.75 (5% GST), for a total of $393.75.

Join us for the Spring Hiring Fair on Wednesday, March 18 & 19, 2026, in the CAT building (Feltham Centre)! This event provides students and recent alumni from all programs with the opportunity to meet prospective employers, learn about jobs they are recruiting for, network, and more!  Be sure to attend both days as new employers will be in attendance at each event. 

What to Expect at the Hiring Fair 

During the Hiring Fair, students and alumni from all programs will have the opportunity to: 

• Discover job opportunities across a wide range of industries and organizations. 

• Connect directly with employers to learn about current openings and hiring needs. 

• Strengthen job search skills by engaging in real-time conversations with recruiters. 

• Build meaningful professional relationships through networking with industry experts. 

• Explore diverse career paths and gain insights into potential future roles.
