RSVP to Attend Convocation

Convocation is a special time to celebrate your academic achievement with family, friends, classmates and NAIT faculty and staff. Stay tuned for dates and details about Convocation 2027. We can’t wait to celebrate you!

If you missed the RSVP deadline, we encourage you to join us at NAIT’s Convocation in 2027. RSVP details will be available in early 2027.

Watch for your invitation to Convocation

Once you have been approved to graduate and Convocation details are available, you’ll receive an email invitation for you to RSVP to Convocation. This email includes important Convocation information, including your RSVP details, ceremony schedule, gown package and more!

You must RSVP to attend your convocation ceremony.

If you’re graduating from one of the following programs, be sure to apply to graduate early. Submitting your application as soon as you're eligible will help ensure your graduation status is updated in time to RSVP to Convocation:

  • Advanced Care Paramedic
  • Bioengineering Technology
  • Lab and X-Ray Technology Combined
  • Medical Radiologic Technology

After you've RSVP'd

If you are planning to invite guests to your Convocation ceremony, next you will need to request tickets on their behalf. No need to worry about getting a ticket for yourself.
