Enjoy a virtual cooking experience with NAIT’s professional culinary chefs

Join us from the comforts of your kitchen as we explore a wide range of amazing recipes. By the end of each session, you will prepare a delicious meal that will impress your guests and become a favourite in your household. Ask questions, interact with Ernest’s chefs and classmates, and prepare incredible multi-course meals in a remote learning environment.

Upon signing up for a virtual culinary session, you will be provided with instructions on how to pickup your ingredients from Ernest's at NAIT (available for pickup the day before the first class). We will prepare everything you need to follow along with Ernest's Executive Chef, Rylan Krause in a 2-hour live cooking session. Additional options such as paired beverages and desserts are available for purchase to add even more flavour to your final dining experience.

Additional sessions are planned for December & January.

We are currently preparing sessions that will be available soon.  Curriculum and menus are developed and we look forward to cooking with you.

Virtual classes will be delivered using Webex and participants will receive an invitation to the event in advance.
