Printed Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees
Printed certificates, diplomas and degrees — also called parchments — are produced and mailed out 4 times a year at the end of every term.
|Winter||May 12, 2017|
|Spring||July 17, 2017|
|Summer||September 15, 2017|
|Fall||January 15, 2018|
* Please allow 6 weeks processing time from the end of term.
To avoid missing your parchment in the mail, confirm that your address is up-to-date (login required).
Request a New Certificate, Diploma or Degree Parchment
An undeliverable parchment will be destroyed after 6 months. After that, you will have to pay $100 and make a formal request for a new certificate, diploma or degree parchment.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMA) Graduates
You can use your transcript as the necessary proof to write your Alberta College of Paramedics Provincial Registration exam. Your transcript will be immediately updated once you have completed the Emergency Medical Technician program. It will indicate that you have successfully completed the program and when.
Your certificate will be processed and mailed to you according to the parchment schedule above, on the date closest to — but not before — the end of your program.
