• Breakfast pastries (Danishes, croissants, muffins, brioche, biscuits)
• Classic European tarts and entremets
• Glace, sorbet, granite, parfait

• Baked soufflé / sabayon
• Plate decoration (templates, tuile, brandy snap, chocolate)
