PMCW900A Project Management Professional Exam Preparation - Part A

Gear up for your PMP Exam. Part A is the first part of a two-part weekend course that will help you effectively prepare for the exam.

You will be introduced to information from “The Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge,” published by the PMI. Participants are required to familiarize themselves with this guide prior to these sessions. The guide may be accessed at the PMI website (www.pmi.org) or purchased at the NAIT Bookstore.

In addition, other textbooks may be suggested. Typical exam questions will be reviewed.

Note: Participants must register in both modules (Parts A & B).

In addition to the exam preparation sessions, students should be prepared to do additional studies on their own time, in order to adequately prepare for the PMP exam. Students must make their own arrangements to write the PMP exam and must meet PMI experience and education prerequisites. Prerequisite: Students who take these exam preparation courses should be prepared to write their PMP exam shortly after completing the courses.
