Business Administration - Human Resources Management Diploma

Alberta is currently facing an employment dilemma. The need for well-trained human resource professionals is high. This program will appeal to those students who have a keen interest in managing human resources within organizations. The program will also appeal to those who have experience or academic credentials like degrees or diplomas in non-human resource management areas and wish to gain the skills and knowledge to pursue careers in this discipline. You will begin in our common Business Administration first year programming. Upon successful completion of first year, you will then select HRM specialty in year two.  Students develop an understanding of modern business dynamics, and learn to work well within the culturally diverse organizations. Students learn to work under pressure and develop strong leadership skills. The program provides transferability to degree programs and professional designations after graduation.
