Payment Options

• Web:  (http://www.nait.ca/MyNait) - Credit card payments only (Avoid line-ups by paying on the web)
• Internet and Telebanking at participating banks. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for the payment to be processed.
• In person at the Cash Office:  Room O114, 11762 – 106 Street, Edmonton, T5G 2R1
  If paying by debit card, please ensure your daily limit is adequate to pay your fees
• By phone at 780.471.6428 – credit card payments only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Drop box (located on the west side of the Cash Office) – cheque or credit card payments only
• Wire Transfers for International Students – please contact JASMINET@nait.ca for additional information
• NAIT does not accept post-dated cheques.

Semester Service Fee

If you pay your fees by semester, an additional fee of $25 per semester, for a total of $50 per year, will be assessed to your acount after the Payment Deadline Date.

Sponsored students

When a Canadian student presents a written undertaking addressed to NAIT by his/her employer or other party agreeing to pay his/her fees and charges, such sponsor(s) shall be charged fees in accordance with the fee schedule.

International sponsored students have their total program training fees set by NAIT's International Recruitment.

Where a fee is not paid by the sponsoring agency, it shall be the responsibility of the student.

In the case of sponsored Canadian students and those receiving federal or provincial government student loan assistance, the refund of fees shall be made to the appropriate sponsoring agency. Refunds for international sponsored students are calculated by NAIT's International Recruitment.
