Educational options

Certificates provide an introduction to a subject area or an opportunity to upgrade skills. Certificate courses may be applied to diploma programs.

Diplomas provide students with the business theory and hands-on experience employers look for.

Baccalaureate and applied degrees let diploma graduates take their education to the next level. Students can start the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program in their first year or transfer in after completing a business diploma from NAIT or another school.

Learning that fits your needs

No matter what your educational goals and timelines are, JRSSB can meet your needs – and your schedule. Diplomas and degrees can be completed full- and part-time, with many courses available online. Are you a mature student who is unsure of whether or not you will be successful in a BBA degree program?  If so, Open Studies may be your solution.  As an Open Studies student you will be given the opportunity to take up to three courses per term for both the Fall and Winter terms without having to apply to the program.   If you find at the end of the Fall/Winter term that you would like to continue with your studies, only then will you be required to apply and pay the application fee.  Eligible courses taken prior to admission will be recognized toward your BBA degree.

JRSSB also offers a customized Business for Journeymen Management Diploma that provides experienced journeymen with the management skills they need to start a company or take on greater responsibilities in their current work environment.
