International Student Fees

Full-time day programs

  • The application fee for full-time day programs that are offered in academic year 2012/13 is CAD $115 (non-refundable)
  • Tuition is CAD $10,500 – $15,000 per year, with some exceptions (see chart below)  
  • Fees are subject to change due to review on an annual basis 
  • Living expenses in Edmonton are additional. See Living in Edmonton for additional information. 
  • Books and supplies are approximately CAD $1000/year, but vary from program to program. View NAIT's post-secondary program cost estimates (67K pdf).

The tuition amounts shown include the cost for the NAIT Student Association. The Recreation and Wellness fee and other program related fees are additional. All fees are subject to change, and are listed in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).

Full-time Continuing Education programs

International students pay 2.5 times the Canadian course fee listed in the NAIT Continuing Education calendar and on each Continuing Education course on this website. Fees are approximately CAD $3000 - $5000 per semester.

A mimimum deposit of $3500.00 will be required before a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is issued.
