About the Program
Computers play role in every segment of modern society. Growing demand and advances in miniature, solid-state microprocessor technology have sparked the development of smaller, less expensive, more powerful computers and increased the need for well-trained technical personnel.
Instructors in the School of Applied Sciences and Technology bring not only expertise in teaching but also industrial experience, business knowledge and artistic flare to the classroom. Further, they have the opportunity to refresh their industrial and commercial knowledge by engaging with local, national and international industrial activities in a variety of ways. Students can be sure they will get the benefit of both modern teaching techniques and a wealth of relevant industrial experience.
