Requisites: This course is available to students in the Alternative Energy Technology program. Prerequisite: ALTE1151.

Students will be able to apply codes and standards for the compliant and safe design of alternative energy systems. Additional processes such as permitting and the application of appropriate standards will also be discussed. Students will also be able to compare and contrast the safety regulations and legislation in various jurisdictions.
