This course will cover topics including stoichiometry, concentration calculations, chemical bonding, basic organic chemistry, redox chemistry, properties of liquids and gases, distillation theory and gas processing. The students will learn basic lab techniques and professionalism in a laboratory setting. The course will provide students with a broad chemistry base for their engineering courses.
