This course analyses the different phases of project management processes and the economic evaluation techniques applied in the petrochemical industry. Topics include concept stage of a process, techno-economic feasibility study, project planning and scheduling, process design and engineering, procurement and types of contracts, construction, testing, commissioning and plant operation.
