This course covers the concepts and principles of pavement thickness design. Students will evaluate traffic loading and subgrade strength, and apply the parameters in the design of flexible and rigid pavement structures. The course covers management of pavement structures, including condition evaluation, maintenance and rehabilitation techniques.
