Students will learn theoretical and clinical skills necessary to assist with operative dental procedures. Students will assist with both anterior and posterior dental procedures using a variety of materials. Intra-oral skills included in this course are: application and removal of dental dam, placement of cavity liners, placement and removal of matrices and wedges and application of topical anesthetic.
