Students will learn the roles and responsibilities, legal and ethical requirements of dental healthcare professionals. Verbal and nonverbal communication techniques and appropriate use of social media will prepare students to communicate in a professional manner. Critical thinking and conflict resolution strategies will be discussed. Students will investigate the validity of dental literature.
