Requisites: This course is available to students in the Dental Assisting Technology program. Prerequisite: DEAS1225. A completion grade of C- in DEAS1225 is required to enroll.

This course will prepare graduates to work with other health professionals in community health care. Students will learn public health practice, dental screening techniques, health promotion activities and managing dental health services in a community setting.
