Denturists provide direct patient care to the public in a clinical environment. Students in Prosthodontic Theory will learn the theoretical concepts required to provide removable prosthodontic services to patients who are missing natural teeth. The theory required to take impressions, record jaw relations, perform try-in and denture evaluations, as well as denture insertion procedures and post insertion patient care will be studied.
