Requirements elicitation is a business analyst’s key work activity, working directly with stakeholders to determine what they require their applications to do and how they need their applications to perform. This course teaches students how to plan, conduct and evaluate various requirements elicitation techniques including interviews, requirements workshops, and document analysis. The course also provides students the opportunity to build facilitation skills needed to effectively elicit important information from stakeholders and to build stakeholder consensus.
