Being able to perform specific vascular studies is an expectation for generalist sonographers. In this course, students will learn concepts relating to the cerebral and abdominal vascular systems including anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics, normal and pathological presentations. Students learn about the diagnostic studies for evaluation of these vessels, including hands-on training for the commonly performed vascular studies in the field.
