This course expands on concepts covered in MCEN1160 while introducing the student to 3D design software package(s). Students practice design, analysis, and visualization while creating 3D part models and virtual prototypes of assemblies. An emphasis is placed on the communication of part and assembly designs through the creation of drawings and other digital documentation.
