Requisites: This course is available to students in the Architectural Technology, Interior Design Technology and Landscape Architectural Technology programs. Prerequisites: ENDS1240, ENDS1250 or LANT1231, LANT2320 or ARCT2320 or INDT2320.

This course is an introduction to urban design and general municipal planning. Students will focus on proficiencies related to two areas of the land development process: Municipal planning and regulatory processes; and principles related to urban design.
