This course focuses on the advantages, limitations, and application of micro and nanoscale characterization practices. Topics include scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning probe microscopy (SPM), spectroscopy, profilometry, and other characterization techniques. Students will partake in laboratory exercises to reinforce theory and provide hands-on experience.
