This introductory course provides a "reservoir to refinery" overview of the oil and gas industry in Alberta. Topics include reservoir fluid behavior, land tenure, Dominion survey system, drilling and completions, oil and gas production operations, refining and heavy oil. The course included a lab component designed to familiarize students with common equipment used in the oil and gas industry.
