Students will learn to manage projects such that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders. This course will focus on the essential soft skills that project managers apply to gain participants’ trust and commitment while applying hard technical skills to initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close-out projects.
