This course provides an introduction to project management tools and procedures, as well as industry standards required for developing and execution of project plans. During the course, students will obtain theoretical and hands on experience on preparing required documentation and planning for nano/micro fabrication projects. The course will also highlight Standard Process Management Techniques, Project Risk and Crisis Management Procedures and Project Communication Management Tools, and topics on Intellectual Property. Students will utilize these skills in the planning of their capstone project.
