Ernest’s will re-open for limited in-person dining services on Feb 8. Individuals dining together must be from the same household or be the 2 close contacts for people living alone. Reservations must be made on nait.ca/ernests/reservations. Curbside pick-up will continue to be offered place your online order at fromernestskitchen.nait.ca to select fantastic student-inspired creations from the Department of Culinary Arts and Professional Food Studies at NAIT.

Professional Meatcutting and Merchandising

The Meat Cutting and Merchandising is an intensive 15 week program followed by 90 hours of practicum that will give you the skills to prepare and market a wide variety of meat, poultry and fish
