In this presentation, alumni will learn how to build strength and burn fat while training from home with minimal equipment and a little exercise know-how. Justin Cross and Jordan Wright will guide attendees through the workout and troubleshoot common training myths and mistakes.

About the presenters

Justin Cross (Personal Fitness Trainer '12)  is Owner and Operator of Cross Conditioning Ltd., which trains and mentors over 100 different athletes in a variety of sports each year. His team volunteers with fitness testing for high schools, prepares individual athletes for international competition and delivers personal training services. Cross founded his training company while still attending NAIT in 2011. More recently, Justin received the Spirit of NAIT Alumni Award in 2019.

Jordan Wright (Personal Fitness Trainer '15)  has accumulated over 4,000 hours of 1-on-1 and group training experience. With a passion for exercise and helping others, Wright has volunteered as a coach and coordinator with the Sherwood Park Rams Football Club.
