Support NAIT students and make a difference in your polytechnic community. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for alumni who want to share their experience and support NAIT.

What kinds of things can alumni volunteers do?

  • Meet  students at various fun and informative events throughout the year

Volunteer application form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with NAIT! Please complete and submit the following form to be considered for future volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering with the Alumni Association Advisory Committee, please fill out the form on this page.

The information you submit will be stored in the Department of Advancement and Alumni Relations database and only used to support volunteer recruitment for NAIT events and initiatives.

Guest speaker topics

Tell us about yourself

 
We often receive requests from programs and service areas at NAIT, asking us to recommend members of our alumni community to be guest speakers, panelists, podcast interviewees, mentors, etc. We are also asked to share recommendations of alumni who would be comfortable being a guest speaker for equity, diversity, and inclusion related initiatives, such as Pride Week, Black History Month, Women in Trades, and more. We strive to ensure that we are recommending a diverse group of alumni when we receive these requests, and your response to this question will help support with this.
