Bar Bricco is owned by Daniel Costa (Culinary Arts '05), Micah Joffe (Culinary Arts '13) and Stephen Hlushak (Culinary Arts '15). Described as a small place you go into for a snack and a couple of glasses of wine. It's not tapas, it's a little more than that.

Jasper Avenue has its first spuntini bar. Daniel Costa (Culinary Arts '05) told Liane Faulder that, in Italy, "These are small places you go into, and you get a snack and have a couple of glasses of wine. It's not tapas, it's a little more than that. Small plates, with cured meats, not charcuterie."
