Visitors to Chocorrant, owned by Kai Wong (Culinary Arts '07), are greeted by the scent of freshly baked croissants. Each day, the west Edmonton shop rolls and bakes croissants in unique flavours not found anywhere else (imagine strawberry or matcha green tea). They also serve up a light lunch menu with a daily soup, quiche, and croissant sandwiches.
