Duchess Bake Shop is owned by Ewa Jastrzebski (Interior Design Technology '07) and Jay Downton (Business Administration–Finance '02). They offer the perfect blend of classic French pastries, like macarons, croissants, and tarts, and Alberta favourites, like brownies and butter tarts. To ensure authenticity, the chefs use butter and chocolate imported from France and make everything by hand, from scratch. Enjoy a treat with an organic coffee – French press, of course.
