Course Overview
Why do some people use their time more efficiently than others? Time management is the solution. The practice of managing and planning how to use your time between various activities is known as time management. If you execute it correctly, you will find that you work more efficiently and effectively to complete more tasks in less time, even under pressure and time constraints. Overall, you begin to feel more in charge and confident in your ability to decide how to manage your time.
In this course, participants will be shown how stress affects time management, when/where we waste and save time, and how to balance life and work to maximize productivity.
