Cancellations

Continuing Education

• Payment is required at the time of course enrolment or your enrolment will be cancelled within 24 hours.

• Minimum payment of 10% of tuition (plus applicable fees and taxes) is required at the time of enrolment.

• 100% tuition and all applicable fees are due 30 days prior to class start or your enrolment will be cancelled.
• If you are enrolling with 30 days of class start, 100% tuition and fees are due upon enrolment.

Apprentice Training

• Full payment of fees must be made by your payment deadline on your NAIT enrolment e-letter, or your enrolment will be cancelled.
• Apprenticeship payment deadline for classes starting June 30, 2025 or later: Apprenticeship class payment will be due 30 calendar days after enrolment or 30 calendar days before your classes start, whichever of those dates comes first.
• If you enrol in an apprenticeship class less than 30 days before your classes start, your payment will be due immediately (within 24h) to ensure you keep your seat.

Open Studies

• Full payment of fees must be made at the time of course enrolment or your enrolment will be cancelled.

Degrees, Diplomas & Certificates

• Full payment of fees must be made by the tuition deadline or your enrolment may be cancelled.
• Find your tuition deadline.
• If enrolments occur after the deadline date, payment is due immediately.
