  • These term start and end dates are based on a standard 15-week term. Some classes or programs may differ from this schedule. Please check your class schedule in MyNAIT.
  • The course add, drop, and withdrawal deadlines vary by course length (percentage of term completion). View your courses deadline dates in MyNAIT – you can use the Self Service Guide for additional support.

Fall Break
Most students will have no classes during this time. Classes for apprenticeship programs and non-credit students will continue as scheduled. 

*For international students, all the days between Oct. 6 to Oct. 10 (inclusive) are considered a scheduled break

If you are a new student starting your program in spring but have no classes in the summer term (July – August), the summer term dates can be considered as a scheduled break.
