Let us help you plan your next steps
NAIT advisors support prospective students, current students, and alumni who are making education and career decisions. We approach advising from a developmental perspective, which means we recognize the connection between students’ academic, career, and personal goals. We are happy to address your questions and help you out in the following areas:
Let’s set or maintain an educational path that works for you. Connect with us about reaching your educational goals, including transitions between programs, long-term plans and building on your current education.
Are you a NAIT student experiencing barriers to your learning? If challenges are affecting your educational experience and you need some learning support, we can help. We help prospective and current students explore possible learning barriers, including disability, and how they can be accommodated.
Whether you need help mapping your long-term professional goals or feedback on a resume for your dream job, we’re here to support you. NAIT students and alumni can contact us about planning their career, building their professional presence and applying for jobs.
Are you an international student planning your pathways at NAIT?
Our specially trained Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIAs) can help with study and work permits, getting settled and bringing family to Canada. If you have a quick Immigration question for a RISIA, feel free to submit through NAIT.ca/help. If your question is complex or requires further exploration, you may still be encouraged to book an appointment.
